Defending 2005 Craftsmans Truck Series Champion, Ted Musgrave, was unemployed when ULTRA Motorsports closed it's doors. However, being champion has it's benefits as soon after Musgrave secured a ride for 2006 with Germain Racing to drive the #9 Toyota Tundra, moving fellow racer Todd Bodine to the #30 Germain Toyota.
A win is a win, and second place is never good enough
