USAC has released the 2005 schedule for the Silver Crown Series. This series is USAC's premier front engined, open wheel series that has produced the likes of Jason Lefler and Kasey Kahne.
The 35th year of Silver Crown racing will open in Phoenix, AZ at the Copper World Classic, January 29-30, 2005. From there, the 10 race series will move to the Indiana State Fairgrounds and the 54th running of the Hoosier Hundred in Indianapolis, IN on May 27, 2005. The next races will feature events in Colorado, Milwaukee, Illinois and finishing up in Rossburg, OH at the Eldora Speedway and the 4-Crown Nationals, September 23-24, 2005.
