Michael Waltrip Racing, Inc. and Jasper Racing have teamed up for the 2006 NASCAR Nextel Cup season to form Waltrip-Jasper Racing Co, LLC to field the #55 NAPA Auto Parts Dodge driven by Michael Waltrip.
