Eliot Sadler leads the rest of the field in the 1st practice session for the Nextel Cup UAW-GM Quality 500 at Lowe's Motor Speedway with a run of 28.305 at 190.779 mph. Current Nextel Cup leader Tony Stewart ran the 2nd fastest time of the practice session.
