As the name suggests, the NHRA Sport Compact Drag Racing Series features a national 10 race series for sport compact cars from Honda Accords to Geo Metros. Racers compete for world championships in five classes: Pro RWD (rear-wheel drive); Pro FWD (front-wheel drive); Modified (rear-wheel drive); Hot Rod (front-wheel drive); All-Motor (no power adders).
