Defending Nextel Cup champion Kurt Busch posted the fastest lap for the 2nd practice session of the Nextel Cup MBNA RacePoints 400 at Dover International Speedway with a 23.379 at 153.984 mph. Series leader Tony Stewart improved to 15th fastest.
