Does anybody want to share what you all drive?
I dont imagine anything will be nearly as good as my little Ford!
I drive a white 1.3i Ford Fiesta LX. This car has been tweaked to look like a Ford Fiesta RS since i got it nearly two years ago. I am currently saving up to buy something like a Toyota MR2 or a Mitsubishi Lancer or even a Nissan Skyline. |

I am currently driving a Dodge Neon Sport with the 2.0L DOHC engine. While not the most exciting around it does do the job. I have been looking forward to purchasing another vehicle, but not really sure what I am leaning towards. Maybe the new Dodge Charger seen here with 2004 Rookie of the Year Kasey Kahne.

Now that car with the HUGE vent on the bonnet (Its American, i dont recognise it so dont know what to call it)is very cute. I wanna drive that car! |

If this is a Fiestiva (http://www.cweb.com.au/CCF/LotBrowse/LotListing.asp?CarID=2748) then the answer is no.
This is what a Ford Fiesta looks like here in the UK, my one is slightly modified to look more like a sports car. I will post a picture on it some day if anyone is interested.
Here is a Fiesta RS (mine looks similar only the front bumper is different)...

Hello SB
Thanks for the pic. It is about the size of the Festiva here in the us. The Fiestas in this country are a little larger car, and if I remember right, are rear wheel drive. There aren't many of them around anymore, because they haven't been made for quite a while. They used the 1600 pushrod engine that was originally used in the British Cortina, and also in the early Ford Pintos. I own a 1988 Festiva. It has the 1300 engine and front wheel drive. The Body is made by KIA of Korea, and the engine and transaxle is made by Mazda of Japan, I believe. It has about 240,000 miles on it, and still runs fairly good. You probably don't get the miles on a car over there that we do here.

It depends on what you mean about miles on the car. If the car is treated well on a normal petrol engine you can get something like 150'000 miles out of it. Diesels are much better for mileaege.
They have got a newer looking ford fiesta which has been in production for a few years now. Here is a link of what this car looks like.
Although i much prefer the RS. |

well we call them hood scoops the little black one is a vega i built for my brother it was a s/g supor gas car they run 9.90 that one went 9.40s @ 145 mph the other one is an all fiberglass 1966 chevell another s/g car only was 1828 lbs done race ready

Definatly a nice car, it would be brilliant working on a car at some point. Its on my to-do list.
Well done with what you have done, they all look very good. Its just like the Movies, i have never seen a car like that other than on films like Mad Max etc etc |

Can anyone tell me what kind of car this is...
It looks quite similar to a Ford Escort (what we would have over here). I just wondered if this is what the car is called in America? |

That is the body style of the 1990-93 Ford Mustang. It came standard with 2.3L 4 cyl, with a high performance option of a 5.0L V-8. This design is actually a refinement of the original dated 1979. Ford wouldn't do a complete redesign until the 1994 model year.
Looks to me like the one you have pictured is a 5.0L GT model. This would have the 302 V8 that produced 245 hp coupled to a 5-speed manual transmission. These cars were powerful for their day but were not without thier problems. Suspension and road noise issues overshadowed an otherwise impressive package.

I just had a look for a picture of a Ford Escort (UK Edition) but whilst looking i came across the American Ford Escort ZX2...
This is as close as i could get when it came to finding the Ford Escort (UK Edition) i was searching for...

On Saturday i passed on my Ford Fiesta to my Bro and bought a Renault Clio MK1. This car is pretty standard at the moment although i have thought i might add on some alloys and a Spoiler to make it look something like this.
The car i have bought is a bit newer than that (although it looks the same) and is in a Rich dark red colour. I also looked at improving my Interior by adding a Black leather interior side trims while also replacing the fabric on all the chairs and making them possible all black as well. |

Hey SB that is actually a pretty nice looking car. Here in the states we don't have many Renault's. And the ones that are around weren't much to look at. If you can get yours to look like the picture, that would be hot. Thanks for the post. We will look forward to updates.
