The undisputed "King of the Outlaws", Steve Kinser has dominated WoO sprint car racing, winning a total of 18 series championships that span from 1978 to 2003. At this point in the 2004 season, Steve is on pace to secure his 19th championship. In addition to his many championships, Steve has won an outstanding total of 513 A-Main victories. Talk about domination!
