The Canadian Association for Stock Car Racing, or CASCAR, sanctions amateur and professional stock car racing in Canada. Started in 1981, this 12 race series features races from east to west across Canada. The cars look similar to Cup cars, but are not as advanced or expensive. However, that doesn't lessen the the amount of action and excitement inherent in all of stock car racing.
