The minor league for the NHRA circuit, the Lucas Oil Drag Race Series is actually a divisional series with 7 regional divisions. Each division features a 6 or 7 race series with 7 separate classes of competition, from Top Alcohol Dragster to Super Gas. This is where all the drag greats have gotten their start.
A win is a win, and second place is never good enough
