The next step up from Formula BMW, the Toyota Atlantic Championship is a 12 race development series for CART. Powered by a normally aspirated (no turbo), dual overhead cam Toyota inline 4 cylinder that produces over 240 hp, with speeds upwards of 165 mph.

In exsistance for over 30 years the Toyota Atlantic Championship has produced such stars as Bobby Rahal, Danny Sullivan, and Jacques Villeneuve.
